Jane Parker, MS LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in working with adults who are ready to make changes in their lives. Her specialty is helping you gain some understanding of the patterns in your life, to examine your reactions to others and develop insight into strong feelings of grief, depression and anxiety.
Jane's experience includes working with adults dealing with past abuse or trauma, employee assistance programs, personal growth workshops, women's issues and anger management.
