Delphine Herman, MA

Delphine encourages a collaborative model of engaging in exploring what is and isn't working by developing a foundation that matches the unique qualities, skills and life circumstances of each client. She believes each client has a road map to their life, they just are unsure how to access or trust it.  Within a safe and trusting relationship she works to help clients take ownership of their journey helping them develop compassion towards self during times of dis-ease or being overwhelmed.  Delphine's specialities are addiction/recovery/relapse prevention, grief and loss and chronic illness.  Delphine brings an understanding of addiction by being the mother, sister, niece and granddaughter who has watched and lived how this dis-ease affects everyone involved and has lived with the chronic illness of MS since 1984.
